| Freight: | FOB shipping point (prepaid and billed). If merchandise has been damaged in transit, please instruct your freight carrier; then notify Customer Service for further instructions. The buyer assumes title and owns the goods in transit, pays the freight bill and handles any necessary claims for loss or damage. |

Returned Goods Policy
NovoSci is committed to providing our customers with quality products and service. Therefore, we will accept for full credit any product for return that:
a. Is a result of an error by NovoSci, or
b. Does not perform satisfactorily for the purposes and indications described in the labeling.
Except for the reasons listed above any other requested returns must receive prior approved by NovoSci management and will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
The following merchandise is not acceptable for return:
a. Items returned without proper authorization documentation
b. Sterile items that are returned without the manufacturing seals intact.
c. Special order and custom order products
d. Incomplete kits or cases, or merchandise returned in packaging other than the original NovoSci package
e. After being held by the customer for more than 60 days from the date of original purchase
f. Merchandise in un-saleable condition as determined by NovoSci upon return
Authorization is required for all returns and may be obtained through Customer Service by calling 1-800-854-0567. A Returned Goods Authorization number will be issued. This number must be referenced on all returned packages. Freight on all returns must be prepaid by the customer or by the instruction of Customer Service.

As part of an ongoing effort to improve the quality of our products, we would like any defective product to be returned for evaluation. NovoSci will issue credit or replacement upon receipt of the defective product.
Caution: Federal (USA) law restricts these devices to sale by or on the order of a physician. Refer to current package insert for production descriptions, indications, contraindications, warnings, cautions and instructions for use.
